How long does it take to make a piece of jewelry?
Depending on the design, a piece can take anywhere from 3 hours to 4 days. The more intricate the details are, the longer it takes. At times, after ordering materials from my supplier, it can take up to two weeks for them to be delivered. There are many things to factor into my timeline from start to finish. If I am working on a custom piece, I maintain communication and transparency with the buyer about the status of its completion.
What type of metals do you use?
I work with a range of metals including, but not limited to: Sterling Silver, Copper, Brass, and Pewter.
How do I take care of my jewelry?
Metal will tarnish over time, especially in humid environments, so it is best to use a polishing cloth whenever possible and to store your pieces in a dry, cool place. I typically send a polishing cloth with the Silver pieces if I have any on hand, but you can buy them easily online. They are great for polishing all metals! I seal all of my jewelry with a clear lacquer to increase longevity and to help prevent tarnishing.
How will I know my size?
For rings it is best to either visit your local jeweler or purchase a ring sizer online. Unfortunately, I will not accept returns on a sizing error. For cuffs, just simply measure the diameter of the small section of your wrist (or wherever you'd like the jewelry to sit) and add one inch for the opening.
What does shipping cost cover?
I ship all orders First-Class via USPS, which usually takes about 1-5 business days, but sometimes longer during the holiday season. Each shipment will also include a tracking number. Shipping cost will cover this along with the packaging materials used to secure your item, and to ensure it arrives undamaged. If you would prefer a quicker shipping option, or you are outside of the United States, please send me an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will discuss pricing then. If you are ordering more than one item, shipping cost will increase by a few dollars.
How do I pay for an item?
Currently, I am only able to take payments through PayPal. I plan to extend further options in the future. If you are unable to purchase this way, please send me an email and we will try to come up with another payment method that works for us both. I will do my best to make the transaction go as smoothly as possible!
Do you sell elsewhere?
